DGS Online Form and Workflow Services offer digital forms that collect data, process payments and streamline workflows by automating manual processes or digitizing legacy PDF and mail-in forms. Our forms are built on the Engagement Builder platform, which can seamlessly handle complex processes that include conditional logic, data validation and multiple approval streams. Form administrators can use our secure, PCI compliant tool to view and process submissions.

Service Rates
DGS is a self-funded program covering most associated costs for this service. Digital Government Services are provided at no-cost to South Carolina government entities as long as program funding is available.
